It is really hard to find a 2 piece bathing suit for little girls that doesn't look like it is from the pages of Sports Illustrated. There is a very narrow window in life where string bikinis are appropriate, somehow I totally missed it, but that is a different story altogether. I think all kids bathing suits should be 2 piece, for logistical reasons, but call me old fashioned, I think they should be cut modestly. Here are 2 that I LOVE. The
hearts are from Old Navy and the
zigzags are from the GAP. It's been awhile since they have really nailed bathing suites, but I think this is going to be a good year in this regard. The other 2 are sadly not 2 piece, but so super cute, it may be worth the ridiculous bathroom hassles that these would no doubt entail.

red is BabyGAP toddler sized.
